The Long Path

I just want to make it clear that I’m not saying the following for political reasons. I’m saying it because I care about the future of the State of Israel, the lives of our soldiers and the right of Israeli citizens, including myself, to live our lives without fear of incessant missile attacks and terrorist bombings.

If you want an idea of what the security situation in the whole of Israel will be like after Olmert’s unilateral withdrawal from the Yehudah and Shomron, look at the northern border with Lebanon and the southern border with Gaza. That is what the entire territory of the State of Israel will look like if we capitulate to Islamo-Fascist terrorists. What does unilateral withdrawal bring? Peace and tranquillity or tragedy and heartache? Life free of violence or a perpetual state of war?

We have to understand what we’re up against. The Islamists do not seek co-existence or compromise. Whether it’s Hamas, Hizballah, Iran or anyone else, they want to wipe us off the map and surrendering is not going to change those goals. There are no short-cuts and there are no easy solutions. It’s a lovely dream to think that all we have to do is give them what they want and they’ll leave us in peace but it is a mirage in the desert. It seems so close that you can almost touch it. Almost.

I agree, agree, agree.... however unless we plan to retain sovereignty over a few million arabs that will eventually lead to jews being a minority... then we have to capitulate to the hate-mongering inslamo-facist jew hating animals...

the only other answer is give them the death and destruction they seem to desire !
