Putin works for peace and global security

Not content with selling nuclear fuel to Iran, Putin has recently decided to sell SA-18 anti-aircraft missiles to Syria and wants to sell armoured vehicles to the Palestinians. I suppose this is simply in keeping with a man who has suported a corrupt regime in the Ukraine, laid waste to Grozny and Chechnya and suppressed freedom of speech and democratic liberties in his own country. Just what credentials he thinks he has for hosting a Middle East Peace conference in Moscow are unclear.
